Submission Guidelines

Title should clearly identify the abstract's nature.
Name and location where work was undertaken must appear.
Underline the name of the presenting author.
Structure: Introduction · Aims · Methods · Results · Discussion.
Abstract body — max 300 words. No references allowed.
Single-spacing, Times New Roman, font size 11.
Up to 1 image and 1 table with caption (at bottom).
Abstracts must be original and unpublished, not previously presented at any conference.
5 best papers per category selected as Oral Papers; rest considered for Poster Presentation.
By submission, copyright transfers to the organizing committee.
